    The event will unveil the names of 170 Revolutionary War Veterans inscribed on the Veterans’ Memorial at the Greenville County Administrative Complex. These veterans settled in Greenville County after the conclusion of the war.

  • Dedication of Statue of Dicey Langston in Travelers Rest

    301 Old Buncombe Road 301 Old Buncombe Road, Travelers Rest, South Carolina

    SCSSAR Robert Anderson Chapter member Ethan Price wrote a successful $50,000 grant to Am 250 to build a bronze Statue of Rev War heroine Dicey Langston which was given to the town of Traveler's Rest to install in a park. The Mayor's office is coordinating a dedication.
